Jonathon Larson
Operations Manager
Jonathon is Operations Manager for the Merit Construction & Development team. He has extensive experience working on all aspects of real estate including sales, development and construction over the past 15 years with a focus in Austin and the Central Texas area. His attention to to detail and problem solving acumen are some of his greatest strengths. With a strong work ethic and commitment to faith and family, Jonathon always strives to do the right thing in every business situation. He believes in building strong working relationships and in turn, powerful partnerships with all parties involved in any and all business transactions.
Andrew Smith
Construction Manager
Andrew is Construction Manager for the Merit Construction & Development team. He has been involved in and around real estate in the Austin area for the past 13 years. His experience on site-managing all construction related projects from simple home remodels to value-add projects on large apartment complexes has positioned him as highly capable on all aspects of the construction process. In 2021, Andrew was in a horrific car accident and almost lost his life, but was blessed enough to only lose his left eye. Since then, he has recommitted his life to what is truly important: enjoying the experiences we have with those we love and the positive impact we can make on others around us. He has refocused and devoted his life to this creed and it guides his every step in life and on all of his business transactions.
